The insurance division of Abbey operates under the Advent brand. Advent along with its strategic partners in London and the USA invest in Managing General Agencies / Underwriters (MGA’s / MGU’s) across various industries. We can also provide underwriting capacity via our regulated insurance company in Ireland for bespoke insurance programs, subject to regulatory approval.

Regulation

Advent Solutions Management is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK, while Advent DAC is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an Insurance company. We also have strategic partners regulated in the London and USA markets. Through these entities, Advent is well placed to provide a full suite of insurance services to clients.
